{"id":2632,"date":"2011-10-31T13:02:48","date_gmt":"2011-10-31T13:02:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/g-web.gr\/technochimiki2\/?p=2632"},"modified":"2020-08-27T10:34:24","modified_gmt":"2020-08-27T07:34:24","slug":"english-technonet-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/technochimiki.gr\/en\/english-technonet-3\/","title":{"rendered":"TECHNONET (3)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>NEW TRUCK FOR PRODUCTION AND<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>LOADING EXPLOSIVE<\/strong><strong>S I<\/strong><strong>N PPC COAL\u00a0<\/strong><strong>MINES<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>May 2011:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The PPC\u2019s Lignite mines of Western Macedonia placed to\u00a0<strong>TECHNOCHIMIKI\u00a0<\/strong>an order for the supply of a new truck for the production and loading of emulsion explosives.<br \/>\nThe superstructure of the machine, model TREADBED 15SS7+7, product of the company\u00a0<strong>TREAD CORPORATION\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>USA , is mounted on a truck of the company MAN\u00a0 GERMANY. The type of this machine allows mixing and loading up to 11 ton of ready explosives.<\/p>\n<p>The truck including storage tanks of AN, DIESEL and emulsion MATRIX can be adjusted in order to produce either ANFO or mixes of ANFO with emulsion\u00a0 (HEAVY ANFO) in various proportions.<\/p>\n<p>Loading of explosives is done with a lateral boom which can load 2 series of bore holes diameter 4\u201d \u2013 15\u201d. The operation is made only from the blaster which is standing next to the loading boom to control the accuracy of loading. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2634 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/technochimiki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/100_4779-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/technochimiki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/100_4779-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/technochimiki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/100_4779-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/technochimiki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/100_4779-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/technochimiki.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/100_4779.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The truck selected by PPC is MAN type TGA 26.3206 x 6 with 4 wheels drive and crowd speed in order to move easily in every type of ground and particularly in the muddy formation of PPC\u2019s lignite mines.<\/p>\n<p>The training in operation maintenance and repairs of loading machine is undertaken by the\u00a0<strong>TECHNOCHIMIKI\u2019<\/strong>s Technical Department who organized the installation of the machine in the lignite mines of the South field for the excavation with explosives of hard overburden of Lignite.<br \/>\nThe explosive produced from TREADBED truck is homogenous with continuous flow in order to be loaded regularly without interruption of the material.<\/p>\n<p>The proportion of emulsion and ANFO together with the loading speed of the mixture could be regulated so to be able to load only ANFO in drive bore holes in quantities analogous to the volume of each bore hall.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]NEW TRUCK FOR PRODUCTION AND\u00a0LOADING EXPLOSIVES IN PPC COAL\u00a0MINES\u00a0May 2011: The PPC\u2019s Lignite mines of Western Macedonia placed to\u00a0TECHNOCHIMIKI\u00a0an order for the supply of a new truck for the production and loading of emulsion explosives.
